Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded

Setwala sells digital goods (3D stage designs, vMix sets, templates, and similar files) that are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned". Once a product file has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund will be issued. By completing checkout you explicitly accept this policy β€” your acceptance, along with the date, time and IP address, is recorded with your order.

2. When a refund IS possible

We will gladly refund or replace a purchase if, before any download has taken place:

  • you were charged but the product was never delivered to your account, or
  • you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.

We will also work with you if a file is corrupt or materially different from its description β€” in that case we will first fix or replace the file; a refund is considered only if we cannot.

3. How to raise an issue

Email hello@setwala.com within 7 days of purchase, quoting your order number and invoice number. We respond within 2 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a payment dispute for an order whose files have already been downloaded is treated as a violation of this policy. We submit the recorded checkout acceptance and the complete download log (timestamps and IP addresses) as evidence to the payment provider, and the associated account may be suspended.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged per period and are non-refundable for the current period. You can cancel any time to prevent future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
